"324. A calibration file was corrupt and the scope may require recalibration."

Description

The file corruption was detected during an operation with the flash memory (NAND) on the backplane board where frame adjustment factors are backed up.

Recalibration, also known as frame adjustment, can correct a corrupted file. However, depending on the oscilloscope model, frame adjustment may need to be performed at a Keysight service center. If this is the case, contact Keysight support.
