:CALCulate<Ch>:PARameter<Tr>:DEFine?

Description

This command sets/gets the measurement parameter. The VDC or IDC can be selected only at bias sweep or log bias sweep.

ARC: Absolute value of reflection coefficient

TRC: Argument of Reflection coefficient

RCX: Real part of reflection coefficient

RCY: Imaginary part of reflection coefficient

RC: Reflection coefficient

ADC: Absolute value of complex permittivity

DCR: Real part of complex permittivity

DCLF: Imaginary part of complex permittivity

DCLT: Dielectric loss tangent

DC: Complex permittivity

AP: Absolute value of complex permeability

PR: Real part of complex permeability

PLF: Imaginary part of complex permeability

PLT: Magnetic loss tangent
