Opens a file management window where you can open a previously saved LTE FDD configuration file (*.pwsg).
When the LTE FDD setting file (*.pwsg) is loaded, the current waveform playback state is not changed.
For Real-Time Uplink capability, the state is kept after loading the settings, but need to toggle State OFF/ON to apply new settings.

Refer to the section of "Restrictions of PWSG version" under "Customer-Facing Feature Description" for difference between Signal Studio and PWSG versions.
When a real-time carrier is selected, the Import Signal Setup feature is not available, and the menu is hidden.
Importing of the *.scp file of Signal Studio LTE FDD Real-Time is not supported.
