There is a relation among SRS Bandwidth (B_SRS), SRS Hopping Bandwidth (b_hop) and Frequency Hopping.
Frequency Hopping On: (b_hop) < (B_SRS)
Frequency Hopping Off: (b_hop) >= (B_SRS)

Sets the numbers of individual subframes, separated by commas (for example 0,1,2,3) or a range of subframes (for example 0-3) to assign the sounding reference signal to specific subframes.
This parameter is editable only when Auto-Subframe Configuration is off.
Otherwise, it's read-only and automatically decided by Subframe Configuration.
