1. Go to the Agilent License Redemption web page:
   http://www.agilent.com/find/softwarelicense.

2. Follow the directions on the website and be prepared to enter the following information:

• order number

• certificate number

• model (product) number

• serial number

• a valid email address

3. You will promptly receive an email with the license file attached.
