These commands set the triggering for signal capture operations.
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:POSItion <val>
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:POSItion?
This command adjusts the position of the trigger relative to the window of sampled data, so that you can capture before, after, or on both sides of the trigger event. The PXB continuously stores a window of input sample data (up to 512 MSa, depending on your specified capture depth). trigger position specifies the position inside that window. Trigger position is fixed at 100% when CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TYPE is set to FREE.
The variable <val> is expressed as a percentage.
Range: 0 to 100
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:SDELay <val>
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:SDELay?
This command sets a sample delay in whole samples for the capture to begin after triggering. The trigger delay is also controlled as a time value by using the :CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TDELay command. The sample-time delay conversion is based on the :CAPTure[1]:RATE setting.
The variable <val> is expressed in samples.
Range: 0 to 2147483647
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TDELay <val>
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TDELay?
This command sets a sample delay in a measure of time for the capture of the selected channel to begin after triggering. The trigger delay is also controlled as a sample by using the :CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:SDELay command. The sample-time delay conversion is based on the :CAPTure[1]:RATE setting.
The variable <val> is expressed in seconds.
Range: Depends on the :CAPTure[1]:RATE setting
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TYPE FREE|MAST|MAG
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TYPE?
This command sets the type of the triggering to free run, master trigger, or magnitude.
|
FREE |
This choice triggers a capture at an arbitrary point after pressing the Play button or setting :CONTrol:PLAY to ON. |
|
MAST |
This choice triggers a capture using a signal from the an external trigger source connected to the rear panel EXT TRIG IN SMB connector. |
|
MAG |
This choice triggers a signal capture on a power level of the IQ signal. The triggering powering level is set by the :CAPTure:TRIGger:VALUe command. |
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:VALUe <val>
:CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:VALUe?
This command sets the triggering power level for the signal capture channel when :CAPTure[1]:TRIGger:TYPE is set to MAG.
The variable <val> is expressed in units of magnitude.
Range: 0 to 46340
