The Phase Noise Impairment tab has:
a read-only view that shows what is currently applied to the hardware.
an editor that defines the desired phase noise profile.
The phase noise profile is defined by either using a power spectral density data points (Hz, dBc/Hz) or by directly providing the polynomial coefficients of the filter function .

If the desired phase noise is defined using power spectral density data points, a polynomial interpolation runs in the background to calculate the polynomial coefficients of the filter function that best fits within the target data boundaries and error tolerance.
