Software License Redemption

1. Go to the Keysight Software License Redemption web page:

   http://www.keysight.com/find/softwarelicense.

2. Follow the directions on the website and be prepared to enter the following information:

   • order number

   • certificate number

   • model number

   • serial number

   • a valid email address

3. You will promptly receive an email with the license file attached.
