This section defines the W-CDMA/HSPA+ PRACH's buttons. These buttons are available in all of the W-CDMA/HSPA+ Uplink's (PRACH) tree nodes.
![]() |
Restores all of the W-CDMA/HSPA+ channel's parameters to their default conditions. |
![]() |
Begins the PRACH transmission. This button is active when the PRACH Start Trigger Source is set to Trigger in the PRACH node. |
Choice: On | Off | AICH
Default: On
Sets the state of the PRACH message part. The "AICH" selection enables the acquisition indication channel (AICH) preamble power ramping mode.
Choice: On | Off
Default: On
Sets the state of the PRACH message part for the multiple PRACH generation mode.
Shows the message total power dB accumulated the message control part power dB and the message data part power dB.
Choice: Pp-m | Total
Default: Pp-m
Sets the message part power setup mode. The Pp-m selection defines the message power from Pp-m (power difference from the preamble power to the message control part power). The Total selection defines the message power from the total message power.
Range: -136 to 20 (dB)
Default: 0 dB
Sets the message total power value for the signal PRACH mode. This value is used when Power Setup Mode is "Total".
Range: -162.06 to 20 (dB)
Default: 0 dB
Sets the message total power value for the multiple PRACH mode. This value is used when the Power Setup Mode is set to "Total". This value indicates the power of one PRACH.
Range: -20 to 10 (dB)
Default: -4.56 dB
Sets Pp-m (the power difference from the last preamble power to the power of the message control part).
Range: -20 to 10 (dB)
Default: -4.56 dB
Sets Pp-m (the power difference between the preamble and the message control part in PRACH) for the multiple PRACH generation mode.
Range: 1 to 15 (Access Slot)
Default: 3 Access Slots
Sets Tp-m (timing duration preamble to message part in access slots).
Range: -40 to 0 (dB)
Default: -2.69 dB
Sets the power level of the PRACH message control part.
Choice: PN9 | PN15 | FIX4 | Standard | Custom Pattern | User Data
Default: Standard
Sets the data of the PRACH message control part.
Range: 0 to 255
Default: 15
Sets the channelization code for the PRACH message control part.
Default: 0
Indicates the message control part slot format for PRACH.
Default: 15 ksps
Indicates the Symbol Rate (symbol per second: sps) for PRACH Message-Control part. This value is fixed to 15 ksps.
Default: On
Indicates the state of the transport format combination indicator (TFCI) bits.
Range: 0 to 1023
Default: 0
Sets a bit pattern to be inserted into the transport format combination indicator (TFCI).
Range: -40 to 0 (dB)
Default: 0 dB
Sets the power level of PRACH message data part.
Choice; PN9 | PN15 | FIX4 | RACH | Custom Pattern | User Data
Default: RACH
Sets the data type to be inserted into PRACH message data part.
Range: 0 to 255
Default: 0
Sets the channelization code for the PRACH message data part.
Range: 0 to 3
Default: 2
Sets the slot format for the message data part of PRACH.
Selection: 15 ksps | 30 ksps | 60 ksps | 120 ksps
Default: 60 ksps
Sets the Symbol Rate (symbol per second: sps) for PRACH Message-Data part. This value is coupled to Slot Format.
