This section defines the W-CDMA/HSPA+ PRACH's buttons. These buttons are available in all of the W-CDMA/HSPA+ Uplink's (PRACH) tree nodes.
![]() |
Restores all of the W-CDMA/HSPA+ channel's parameters to their default conditions. |
![]() |
Begins the PRACH transmission. This button is active when the PRACH Start Trigger Source is set to Trigger in the PRACH node. |
Choice: PN9 | FIX4 | Custom Pattern | User File
Default: PN9
Sets the type of data to be inserted into RACH. For the User File selection: the data file must be the binary format and specify the bit length.
Range: 0 to 5000
Default: 168
Sets the transport block size for RACH.
Range: 0 to 4095
Default: 1
Sets the number of transport blocks coded into RACH.
Indicates the type of channel coding for RACH.
Choice: 10 | 20 (ms)
Default: 20 ms
Sets the transmission time interval (TTI) for RACH.
Indicates the rate match parameters of RACH.
Choice: 0 | 8 | 12 | 16 | 24
Default: 16
Sets the number of cyclic redundancy code (CRC) bits that are to be added to each transport channel block.
Indicates the bits per frame for RACH.
Indicates the puncture rate removed from or added to the fully coded channel of RACH.
Indicates the allowed maximum puncture rate.
Indicates the bit rate for RACH.
Choice: None | BER | BLER
Default: None
Sets the error insertion mode. The error insertion is available when the PRACH generation mode is set to "Single".
Range: 0 to 1 (Resolution 0.001)
Default: 0
Sets the inserted block error rate value.
Indicates the actual block errors inserted in the total number of blocks.
Indicates the total blocks inserted for the block error ratio calculation.
Range: 0 to 1 (Resolution 0.0001)
Default: 0
Sets the bit error rate (BER) value for RACH.
Default: 0
Indicates the actual error bits inserted for the total number of bits.
Default: 0
Indicates the total number of bits inserted for the bit error rate (BER) calculation.
