SCPI Commands without GUI Functions

The software provides its standard list of commands created for this software. The list also provides links to the command descriptions.

Use this topic to find SCPI commands that do not have corresponding UI parameters supported by either of the N5172B EXG and the N5182B MXG vector signal generators.

Secondary Frame Recall

This command recalls the secondary frame configuration from a file (EDGE_SECONDARY_FRAME@STATE), overwriting both the primary frame and the secondary frame.

[:SOURce]:RADio:EDGE[:BBG]:SECondary:RECall

Secondary Frame Save

This command saves the current frame (primary frame on GUI) to a file and copies the primary frame settings, including state settings, to a secondary frame.

[:SOURce]:RADio:EDGE[:BBG]:SECondary:SAVE

Preset GSM/EDGE

Choices: GSM | EDGE

This command presets the settings to either GSM or EDGE default values.

GSM	Sets the values to the software's default values when first opened, which are also the same default values used for the E4438C ESG Option 402 GSM embedded software.
EDGE	Sets the default values to the same default values used for the E4438C ESG Option 402 EDGE embedded software. For information on the default values, refer to the ESG SCPI Command Reference.
