EDR Packet Generation

The following example procedure shows you how to configure the Signal Studio software to create the Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) Packet for Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR.

1. Select Bluetooth Basic Rate + Enhanced Rate from the Format drop-down menu.

   

2. Click Licenses in the tree view on the left to ensure that the states for N7606B-R** and N7606B-n** are set to On.

   

3. Click Packet on the navigation tree on the left to configure the packet parameters.

   Set Link Type to ACL (Enhanced Data Rate) and Payload Distribution to Multiple Packet.    

   

4. Click in the tool bar to generate and download the waveform to the signal generator.
