Edit leap seconds in year/month/day/hours/minutes/seconds format. If two or more leap-second values are identical, only one will remain after you click . This is true even if you apply different signs to identical leap-second values.
Use the drop down menu to select plus or minus.
Adds a leap second row to the bottom of the table.
Removes the selected leap second row.
Restores the entire table to its default state of 16 different preset leap-second values.
