Set the service label, which consists of alphanumeric characters associated with a particular service and intended for display in a receiver, in textual format which should be less than16 characters (including blank).
The length of ensemble label should not more than 16 characters.

Set the Character Flag Field. This 16-bit flag field shall indicate which of the characters within the character field are to be displayed in an abbreviated form of the label, explained as follows:
b(i) (i = 0, ... ,15);
0 : not to be displayed in abbreviated label;
1 : to be displayed in abbreviated label.
If the character field contains less than 16 characters, the unused bits in the character flag field (having no corresponding character) should be set to zero.
Not more than 8 of the b(i) may be set to "1".

Set the Country Id, which is a 4-bit field, defined in the standard of TS 101 756 , tables 3 to 7 ”Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB); Registered Table”.
As 4-bit field might not be enough to characterize all the countries, ECC (Extended Country Code), an 8-bit field is also used, written in hexadecimal. For example, Germany is E0, Greece is E1 etc.

Set the service reference, indicating the number of the service. It cannot be conflicted with other service references.

Get the service Identifier.
Calculate: When program service is chosen, it equals to (Country Id)*4096 + (Service Reference);
When data service is chosen, it equals to (Extended Country Code)*16777216 + (Country Id)*1048576 + (Service Reference).
This parameter is updated with the change of Extended Country Code, Country Id or Service Reference.

Get the Programme/Data Service Flag.
This parameter is Read-Only and will be update by the first service component in the service. If its TMID is 0, this parameter is set to Programme Service, otherwise set to Data Service.

Get the Conditional Access Identifier, which is a 3-bit field, identifying the Access Control System (ACS) used for the service. If no ACS is used for the service, CAId shall be set to zero.

Set the Programme Type (PTY) of DAB.
Program type (PTY) is an identification number to be transmitted with each program item and which is intended to specify the current Program type within 29 possibilities. This code could be used for search tuning. The code will, moreover, enable suitable receivers and recorders to be pre-set to respond only to program items of the desired type. The last two numbers, i.e. 30 and 31, are not used..
