The E443XB internal files are stored as separate I and Q files. Sample points are stored as 16-bit integers (2 bytes per sample). The waveform is encoded into the 14 least significant bits and the 2 most significant bits are used for markers.
Double-click or use the drop-down menu to select Yes if the binary data is in Big Endian format, otherwise select No.
Waveform data obtained from an ESG-B is in Big Endian format.
