If you are downloading and installing the software from the Internet, do the following:

Verify that the instrument and PC meet the requirements. |

Download and install .NET Framework. |
|
|
3. |
Download and install Keysight IO Libraries. |
|
|
4. |
Download and install Keysight License Manager. |
|
|
5. |
Download and install Signal Studio software. |
|
|
6. |
Determine the IO interface, configure the equipment and connect the PC. |
|
|
7. |
Check that the software communicates with the instrument. |
