PUSCH Common (Advanced LTE FDD Uplink)

Additional Uplink parameters are described in Cell Parameters (Advanced LTE FDD Uplink), PUCCH Common (Advanced LTE FDD Uplink), and Sounding Reference (Advanced LTE FDD Uplink).

PUSCH Auto-calculate per-slot params

Choice: Off | On

Default Off

Double-click or use the drop-down menu to turn automatic calculation of per-slot parameters on or off.

To enable manual input for the following parameters, set PUSCH Auto-calculate per-slot params to Off:

DMRS Seq Idx for slot 0/1, DMRS Grp Idx for slot 0/1, and DMRS CS for slot 0/1in the UL-SCH Tx Sequence window.

To enable manual input for the following parameters, set PUSCH Auto-calculate per-slot params to On:

PUSCH nDMRS(1), PUSCH nDMRS(2), PUSCH Delta SS (described below)

Hopping in the Cell Parameters section of the Uplink node.

nDMRS(1)

Range: 0 to (Maximum resource element -1)

Default: 0

When PUSCH Auto-calculate per-slot params is turned On, you can enter a value for PUSCH nDMRS(1). This value is used to calculate the Cyclic Shift Alpha (see 3GPP TS36.211).

Delta SS

Range: 0 to 29

Default: 0

When PUSCH Auto-calculate per-slot params is turned On, you can enter a value for PUSCH Delta SS. This value is used to calculate the Cyclic Shift Alpha (see 3GPP TS36.211).

Hopping Mode

Choice: Inter-Subframe | Intra and Inter-Subframe

Default: Intra and Inter-Subframe

Displays the PUSCH frequency hopping mode (see 3GPP TS36.211).

Hopping Offset (N_HO_RB)

Range: 0 to Maximum resource blocks

Default: 0

Displays the PUSCH Frequency Hopping Offset value (see 3GPP TS36.211).

Number of Sub-bands (Nsb)

Range: 1 to 4

Default: 1

Displays the number of sub-bands (Nsb) (see 3GPP TS36.211).

Supporting 64QAM

Choice: Off | On

Default Off

Double-click or use the drop-down menu to turn Supporting 64QAM on or off.

If this parameter is set to on, 64QAM modulation is available to transmit. Otherwise only QPSK and 16QAM modulation are available.

The parameter 64QAM and its maximum number of transmitted bits for a UL-SCH transport block is shown in the table below.
