Attach the dongle to the USB port.
Install the USB dongle drivers.
Floating License Manager is required to obtain the USB dongle drivers. You must manually install the appropriate driver for Hardware Key (dongle).

For FLEX-9:
Copy C:\Program Files\Keysight\Floating_License_Tools\bin\FLEXID9_Windows_v6_65_x64\haspsrm_win64.dll to Windows\System32 directory.

For FLEX-10:
Run C:\Program Files\Keysight\Floating_License_Tools\bin\FLEXID10_Windows_v6_30_x64\setup.exe.
Set Product Environment Variable.
Variable name: SIGNALSTUDIO_LICENSE_FILE
Variable value: specify one or more full path-names to the USB dongle license file(s)
