Description

An unexpected problem has occurred with Keysight's PathWave License Service which is not due to a missing license. Keysight's License Manager (node-locked or transportable licenses) or PathWave License Manager (floating or USB dongle-based licenses) is not correctly working.

This message is displayed in the message area and is reported as a programming error message. When this message is reported, the License Service(s) Unavailable dialog may also be displayed.
