Pulse Width
The pulse width represents the time from the 50% threshold of the rising edge of the pulse to the 50% threshold of the next falling edge.
- The specified pulse width must be less than the difference between the period and the minimum pulse width.
- The instrument will adjust the pulse width to accommodate the specified period.
Instead of specifying the pulse width in seconds, you can alternately set the width period as Duty Cycle. Click the Pulse Width drop-down arrow and select Duty Cycle:
