CXA — N9000A/B with Option 503 or 507
In this adjustment flatness corrections are turned off, and amplitude error versus frequency is measured from 9 kHz to 3 GHz (or 7.5 GHz). The data is then normalized to 50 MHz to generate corrections relative to 50 MHz.
Flatness is corrected with 752 data points from 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz. The correction points are generated from the adaptive flatness routine. Flatness corrections are generated for each attenuator step for both preamp off and on. The data is then stored in memory.
