This test process will use the 50 MHz internal calibrator signal to make the measurement. For each RBW setting, the filter shape will be drawn on the display. The test will then read the trace points and perform a search to find the points that are 6 dB below the signal peak. TME will report the measured bandwidth and the Bandwidth error. Bandwidth error is calculated by the equation:
RBW Error (%) = 100% x ((Measured BW -RBW Setting))/RBW Setting)
