The goal of this calibration is to determine the sum VCO Kv values for given sum loop frequencies. The Kv values are then used to determine the necessary gains values for the sum loop. The Kv values for each sum loop frequency index is calculated by measuring the tune voltages at the sum loop frequency, the sum loop frequency less 10 MHz, and the sum loop frequency plus 10 MHz.
