Station Calibration for Adjustments

  • All adjustments will require the CFG Option. Refer to the CFG Option section for more information.
  • This procedure is similar to, but completely separate from, the station calibration for tests. The two station calibrations are based on different sets of frequency points.

This process characterizes the test equipment used for most of the spectrum analyzer related adjustments. This station calibration is not required for all tests. The TME software will include this item on the test list when it is required.

After this station calibration is performed, it is intended that the test equipment remain undisturbed for the remainder of the adjustments. This refers to the additional test equipment for FieldFox analyzers with the SA Option 230/231 or Option 311. A station calibration expires after 24 hours.
