Frequency Accuracy Test

(N9912A)

This test measures the accuracy of internal time base by measuring the frequency at RF OUT. A 1.8 GHz low-pass filter is used to attenuate harmonics generated by the source in the FieldFox analyzer.

Be sure to enter the appropriate positive value for Frequency Accuracy (ppm) under Additional Properties for the 10 MHz frequency standard. Using the default accuracy will produce very large measurement uncertainties in the test results.
