Internal Calibration Accuracy Test

This test applies to the following models:

The purpose of this calibration is to test the power sensor module against a highly accurate and traceable 0 dBm at 50 MHz.

Prior to running this test, the output power and the calibration uncertainty of the test equipment power meter must be entered in TME. Refer to the 1 mW Reference Output Power Calibration Data Validation section in the Required Test Equipment topic.

  1. The N1914A power meter requires minimum firmware version A.01.15 or above to fix a power linearity accuracy issue.
  2. Calibration option H50 is required to provide tighter uncertainties needed for this test.
