Harmonic Spurious Performance Test

This test applies to the following models:

The PXIe signal generator and measuring spectrum analyzer are tuned to the harmonic frequency and a reference amplitude measurement is made. The PXIe signal generator is then tuned to the fundamental frequency with the power level unchanged. The resulting harmonic response is measured relative to the reference measurement.
