Reconfiguration Alignment

The purpose of this adjustment is to pair together the M9365A downconverter with the M9308A synthesizer.

After running the adjustment, you may proceed directly to the Performance Verification Tests and no other adjustments are required unless there are performance test failures. Self Test will fail with errors if this step is not performed
