IF Bandwidth Filter Switching Uncertainty Performance Test

(M9391A)

This test measures the amplitude error when switching between the different IF Paths. The signal amplitude that is measured in each IF Filter Path is normalized to the 40 MHz path. The test is performed in a 10 MHz RBW. The SFP limits the Span/RBW ratio to 100.
