Freq Resp Above 50 MHz AC Coupled Adjustment

This adjustment compensates for AC coupled flatness error above 50 MHz. In this adjustment, flatness corrections are turned off. The amplitude error versus frequency is measured from 50 MHz to 3 GHz (Option F03), 7.5 GHz (Option F07), 13.6 GHz (Option F13), or 26.5 GHz (Option F26) in DC coupled mode, followed by AC coupled mode. The difference of amplitude error between DC coupled mode and AC coupled mode is computed and stored in the analyzer memory as frequency/amplitude pairs.

  1. Refer to the main equipment list for a list of alternative models (if available).
  2. The 3.5 mm (m) to 3.5 mm (m) adapter between the power splitter and the DUT is critical in this adjustment. Proper connector care and torqueing practices must be followed in order to insure optimal performance.
