This test measures the tracking generator absolute amplitude accuracy at 50 MHz, and the output flatness relative to 50 MHz. In this test the tracking generator output power is set to –15 dBm, and the signal amplitude is measured over the frequency range of the tracking generator from 2 MHz to 3 GHz (Option T03), 7.5 GHz (Option T07), 13.6 GHz (Option T13), or 15 GHz (Option T26). The 50 MHz absolute amplitude accuracy is defined as the measured amplitude minus the output amplitude setting. The flatness is calculated by subtracting the 50 MHz amplitude from the test amplitude.
