Freq Resp Non-Ref Atten Preamp Off Check Utility

Frequency Response (aka. Flatness) is defined as the amplitude deviation from the reference amplitude at 50 MHz. This utility measures the frequency response across all attenuator steps at several frequencies across the CXA-m tuning range. This utility can be used to verify the frequency response preamp off adjustments at attenuation settings other than 10 dB. The frequency response data is then written to a text file for review

  1. Refer to the main equipment list for a list of alternative models (if available).
  2. The 3.5 mm (m) to 3.5 mm (m) adapter between the power splitter and the DUT is critical in this utility. Proper connector care and torqueing practices must be followed in order to insure optimal performance.
