Property Value

Default value is 0. Range of value is 0 through (DLBwp.RBNumber - RBOffset).

Remarks

This value specifies the RB starting point within the containing resource allocation. The available RB for this physical channel is constrained by the containing resource allocation (DLBwp.RBNumber).
