Zone Definition Length defines the maximum data analysis region for the Downlink and Uplink measurement zone specified in symbols. The Downlink Frame Ratio, in conjunction with the Zone Definition Offset parameter specifies where, within the measurement frame, the data analysis region begins relative to the start of the downlink and uplink subframes.
