PermBase (802.16 OFDMA)

PermBase specifies the zone PermBase for the zone being defined..

Downlink analysis:

The PermBase value is used to specify the DL Down Link (forward link: from base station to cell phone)_PermBase value for downlink subframe analysis. "DL_PermBase" is a term in the 802.16 standard which is used in the definition of permutation equations for downlink permutation types. F

Uplink analysis:

The PermBase specifies the UL Up Link (reverse link: from cell phone to base station)_PermBase value for uplink zone analysis. "UL_PermBase" is a term in the 802.16 standard which is used in the definition of permutation equations for uplink permutation types.
