SEM Carrier Info (Spectral Emissions Mask)

The SEM Carrier Info table shows power measurement information about Carriers configured for the Spectral Emissions Mask measurement. When measurement averaging is enabled, the values in SEM Carrier Info are computed from the averaged detected spectrum data. See the SEM Spectrum Trace Data Block Diagram and Detectors and Power Spectrum Analysis for more information.

SEM Carrier Info is a type of Matrix Table that provides sortable rows by column, selectable column visibility, and copy/paste and export functionality to share rows of content or complete tables to applications like email, text editing or spreadsheet programs.

CC Carrier Power (dBm deciBels referenced to a milliWatt: dB relative to 1 milliwatt dissipated in the nominal input impedance of the analyzer) Carrier PSD Power Spectral Density: See power spectral density. (dBm/Hz) Peak Power (dBm) Peak Power Frequency (Hz) Integ BW (Hz) Filter Offset Freq (Hz) Measure Bandwidth (Hz)

CC identifies the carrier for the row (corresponds to the Carrier parameter tab).

Carrier Power is the average power of the carrier. See Carrier parameters for details about configuring the carrier power measurement.

Carrier PSD is the average power spectral density of the carrier. See Carrier parameters for details about configuring the carrier power measurement.

Peak Power is the peak spectrum power of the carrier. See Carrier parameters for details about configuring the carrier power measurement.

Peak Power Frequency is the frequency location of measured Peak Power. The frequency is presented relative to the Carrier Reference Frequency.

Integ BW is the bandwidth used for the average power measurements, as defined by Carrier parameters.

Filter indicates what filter factor is applied to the carrier power measurement.

Offset Freq is the frequency location of the center of the carrier relative to the Carrier Reference Frequency.

Measure indicates if the carrier power is measured (‘ON’) or not (‘OFF’).

Bandwidth indicates the expected carrier bandwidth (corresponds to the Span property of the carrier definition).
