Code Order (cdma2000/1xEV-DV)
sets the Code Domain Power display code order to Bit Reversed or Hadamard. This will determine how the code domain power trace data is displayed.
-
Reorders related code channels ( ) so that they are viewed adjacent to each other on the code domain power trace data display,
-
(Default) Related code channels ( ) are viewed as dispersed along the X-axis as defined by the Hadamard code order on the code domain power trace data display,
Code Order effects how the Code Domain Power data is displayed and does not change the measurement results.
Using Code Order to make cdma2000 Code Domain Power measurements
For cdma2000/1xEV-DV modulation, the code domain power display shows related code channels (
) dispersed along the X-axis as defined by the Hadamard code order. This makes visually identifying the related code channels difficult.Another way to look at the same data is by reordering the code channels so related code channels are displayed adjacent to each other. The
generation of Walsh channels provides us with the desired code number assignment. To view related code channels (
) grouped together for cdma2000/1xEV-DV modulated signals select the Code Order.More information for the rest of the available parameters is shown in this dialog box at Option AYA: Digital demod, Digital Demod Trace Data Property dialog box.
