Chan PCG (cdma2000/1xEV-DV)

Chan PCG identifies the first PCG (Power Control Group) used in the measurement for the specified Walsh Code Number and Walsh Code Length.

The channel PCG number is available only when the measurement is triggered. For an accurate PCG number, the trigger should be a signal like an "even second" signal that is synchronized to the start of the cdma2000 frame.

The channel PCG is offset from the Composite PCG by the measurement Offset parameter.
