Comp PCG (cdma2000/1xEV-DV)

Comp PCG identifies the first PCG used in the measurement for the composite signal. The composite PCG ignores the measurement offset, which is different than Channel PCG, which uses the measurement offset.

The Comp PCG number is available only when the measurement is triggered. For an accurate PCG number, the trigger should be a signal like an "even second" signal that is synchronized to the start of the cdma2000/1xEV-DV frame.
