Enable 1xEV-DV analysis (cdma2000/1xEV-DV)

enable/disables 1xEV-DV features of cdma2000/1xEV-DV signal analysis. This allows you to analyze standard cdma2000/1xEV-DV signals and cdma2000/1xEV-DV signals with 1xEV DV. The default setting is cleared, 1xEV DV features disabled, to provide backward compatibility with non 1xEV DV cdma2000/1xEV-DV (Forward link only).
