Delay Doppler Map is a delay doppler map created from the CIR vs Time trace by doing an FFT Fast Fourier Transform: A mathematical operation performed on a time-domain signal to yield the individual spectral components that constitute the signal. See Spectrum. vertically over each point in the CIRs.
