Available Trace Data (Component Test)
Component Test measurement allows input channel configurations from one to four measurement channels. The Component Test results are computed independently for each measurement channel. For Component Test menu trace results (except for Summary), the measurement channel results are presented in an overlaid manner. For the Summary table, measurement channels are presented in columns. For other measurement data (Time, Spectrum, Cross-Spectrum, CCDF Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function, etc.), traces are provided for each channel.
