Frequency Estimation (Custom IQ)
attempts to do a frequency estimation and compensation prior to the synchronization phase.
There are three possible Frequency Estimation modes:
- : Frequency offset estimation and compensation algorithms in are disabled. This setting is especially useful for measurements made with I+jQ channel configurations, where the frequency offset is known to be zero. When disabled, the Freq Err field in the Syms/Errs trace will show no data.
- : (default) Frequency estimation and compensation is attempted prior to the synchronization phase.
- : Frequency estimation is enabled with an increased center frequency offset tolerance range.
