Pattern Search Enable (Custom IQ)

The Pattern Search Enable checkbox and parameter group sets the VSA software to search for a user-entered bit pattern and offset.

Pattern specifies the bit pattern used by the pattern search. Enter the desired bit pattern in the text box labeled Pattern.
Copy from Current Bits takes the contents of the Demod Bits trace and copies them to the Pattern.
Offset specifies the offset, in symbols, when pattern search is used.
Sync Criteria selects between nearest pattern matching and exact pattern matching when pattern search is used.

If the pattern is not found in the results searched. “SYNC NOT FOUND” will appear on the trace.
