Compensate Symbol Clock Error (DOCSIS 4.0 Downstream)
Compensate Symbol Clock Error adjusts for the difference between the ideal and actual symbol clock frequency (ppm).
Disables symbol clock error compensation.
Enables symbol clock error compensation. Symbol clock error is compensated before demodulation.
