Extended Frequency Lock Range (DOCSIS 4.0 Downstream)
increases the range in which the demodulator will be able to lock onto the signal. The parameter uses the parameter value to specify the extended frequency offset lock range (in subcarriers). Selecting will increase the frequency offset lock range to ± the subcarrier spacing on either side of the center frequency.
Default: 10 subcarriers
Range: 1 - (FFT Length) subcarriers
Use if the VSA is failing to lock onto the measurement signal.
Extending the frequency lock range causes the measurement to take longer so this feature should be selected only when necessary.
