Equalizer & Tracking Tab (DOCSIS 4.0 Downstream)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > DOCSIS 4.0 Downstream Demod Properties > Equalizer & Tracking tab

The Equalizer & Tracking tab of the DOCSIS 4.0 Downstream Demod Properties dialog box lets you access pilot tracking and equalizer filtering parameters you can apply to DOCSIS Downstream OFDM signals.

The Advanced tab dialog box allows you configure these parameters:

• Pilot Tracking:
  • Track Amplitude
  • Track Phase
  • Track Timing
• Equalizer
  • Equalizer Smoothing
  • Training
    • Preamble and Pilots
    • Preamble, Pilots, and Data
  • Average Mode
    • Equal Weight
    • Least Squares
