Center Offset (DOCSIS 4.0 Upstream)

The Center Offset parameter specifies the offset from the VSA measurement center frequency to the DOCSIS carrier center frequency.  For example, a value of 10 MHz would indicate that the DOCSIS N/2 subcarrier is located 10 MHz higher than the VSA center frequency.

This parameter is useful for capturing and analyzing just the active subcarriers instead of needing to capture the entire 102.4 MHz carrier bandwidth.

Use Calculate Offset using S0 as a tool to help determine the Center Offset value based on the starting subcarrier frequency (S0).

Default: 0 Hz

Range: +/- System Sample Frequency
