Sample Rate

MeasSetup > FMCW Radar Properties > Time

Specifies the Sample Rate (Hz) at which the FMCW Reference Synchronization and analysis will be performed.

The measurement Sample Rate (Hz) and reported Bandwidth (Hz) values are both directly related to the currently selected measurement acquisition Span (Hz) as follows:

• Sample Rate (Hz) = 1.28 x Span (Hz)
• Bandwidth (Hz) = Span (Hz)

You can alternatively set the desired measurement Bandwidth (Hz) by manually setting the Span (Hz) (MeasSetup > Frequency), which will also update the Sample Rate (Hz) value used by the relationship given above.

• Default Value (Sample Rate): 204.8 MHz Megahertz: A unit of frequency equal to one million hertz or cycles per second.
• Default Value (Span): 160 MHz
