Compensation (Graph Settings)

Menu Path: Trace > Graph Settings

Default: selected

When Compensation is enabled, the VSA performs the following compensations before calculating the points for a Graph trace:

• Amplitude normalization
• Time alignment
• Phase error compensation

In addition, after Compensation has been performed, a polynomial curve is fitted to the data.
